Heather Tierney is the founder and lead consultant for Senior Moments Consulting, LLC. She has 25+ years of experience as an occupational therapist, successfully guiding older adults through the physical and cognitive challenges of normal aging and dementia. Heather also holds certifications for consulting and training from Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care. Her inspiration to focus on dementia care evolved over the years as she saw the growing need for care partners to receive more support.  Empowered care partners experience less stress and the person they support can thrive.
