I’m an avid supporter of LaunchHOLLYSPRINGS, and I don’t say that lightly. As a Cohort graduate and a member of the Leadership Team, I’ve seen this program from both sides, as a participant who went through it and as a leader who watches new Cohorts come through year after year. What I’ve seen, consistently, is transformation.

The success of Launch’s graduates isn’t luck. It’s the direct result of two things working together: strong, practical training in the classroom, and a mentoring program that goes far beyond what most people expect. The class time gives you the frameworks and the strategy. But it’s the mentoring, the one on one relationships with people who’ve been there and genuinely want to see you win, that turns knowledge into action.

That combination does something you can’t fake. It gives people confidence. Real confidence, the kind that comes from being challenged, supported, and pushed to see what they’re actually capable of. I’ve watched business owners walk into this program unsure of themselves and walk out ready to lead.

Holly Springs is a stronger community because of the work this program does, and that starts with leadership. I have enormous respect for the people who built and run Launch. They didn’t just create a program. They created a place where people find out who they can become.

I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart and could have used a program such as LHS during and after college. I spent much of my younger 20’s searching for quick success instead of building a business that could be successful for years to come. If I would have had a program such as LHS, I could have focused on building a foundation and would have avoided a lot of the headaches I encountered by trying to rush the process. LHS enables entrepreneurs to build sustainable business models, and just as importantly, helps those who may not be ready to avoid the major financial pitfalls of opening too soon.
